Bee Helpy - Help the bees
The Bee Helpy Foundation for Combating Bee Death was founded out of a love for bees. The founders not only run an apiary in the Bieszczady Mountains (Miody Bieszczadzkie and Bieszczadzki Miś) but have also been promoting healthy lifestyles and health education for over 10 years. The foundation's primary goal is to educate bees by raising awareness among both adults and children about the crucial role bees play in our ecosystem. The foundation also supports health education, broadening knowledge about healthy lifestyles, and publishes a magazine for children to instill healthy and environmentally friendly habits from the very beginning.
About us
Who We Are
FUNDACJA PRZECIWDZIAŁANIA ŚMIERCI PSZCZÓŁ – BEE HELPY is a foundation created out of a growing global concern: the rapid and alarming decline of bee populations. As an organisation devoted to environmental protection and ecological balance, we dedicate our work to saving bees, restoring habitats, and educating communities about the vital role these small yet powerful creatures play in our world.
Bees are more than just pollinators—they are guardians of biodiversity, the silent workers who keep ecosystems alive. Our foundation brings together experts, scientists, activists, educators, and nature enthusiasts who share one purpose: to stop the death of bees and ensure they thrive for generations to come.
Our Purpose
The purpose of BEE HELPY is rooted in a simple yet profound truth: if bees die, ecosystems collapse. Their disappearance affects agriculture, food production, natural landscapes, and global biodiversity. Our mission is to address the key threats contributing to bee mortality, including pesticide exposure, habitat destruction, climate instability, monoculture farming, and lack of public awareness.
We work to counter these challenges by creating safe environments where bees can feed, reproduce, and live without harmful interference. Through scientific support, ecological research, public campaigns, and practical field actions, we strive to build a world where bees and nature exist in harmony.
Our Values and What Drives Us
At BEE HELPY, our values guide everything we do:
Respect for Nature
We believe that every species, no matter how small, plays an essential role in the balance of life. Bees are the heart of biodiversity, and protecting them is part of protecting the planet itself.
Education and Awareness
Knowledge leads to change. We work closely with schools, farmers, communities, and environmental groups to build understanding about bees’ importance and teach sustainable practices that protect them.
Action-Based Impact
We turn compassion into action. Our initiatives include creating pollinator gardens, supporting beekeepers, monitoring bee health, distributing bee-friendly plants, and developing eco-programs that bring measurable improvement to local ecosystems.
Innovation and Science
We support scientific research on bee health, climate effects, and environmental risks. By combining traditional beekeeping wisdom with modern ecological solutions, we work toward long-term, effective conservation.
Community and Collaboration
We believe protecting bees is a responsibility shared by everyone—individuals, families, schools, farmers, organisations, and governments. Our foundation builds bridges between different groups to create collective, sustainable impact.
Our Commitment
Every day, BEE HELPY works toward a future where bees are safe, respected, and abundant. Through our projects, we are building environments filled with life, color, and biodiversity—places where bees can thrive, and nature can flourish.
Saving bees is not only an environmental effort; it is an act of responsibility toward the Earth and future generations. With each hive protected, each flower planted, and each person educated, we move one step closer to restoring the harmony that nature depends on.

Bee Strong

Bee Strong reflects the fusion of three ideas –
nature, consciousness, and the power of persistence.
Consciousness, nature, and the strength of these three ingredients (such as pollen/bee bread, dates, and sunflower seeds) are combined in this bar.
Our bee hero, whose battle with the evil hero Suger will be witnessed by children and beyond, captures the idea of natural strength provided by pollen, bee bread, and dates.

Bieszczady Honeys

Liquid gold - honey
Honey is the most important product of bees' work. They collect flower nectar, combining it with substances they produce themselves, and then deposit it in the honeycomb cells, where it evaporates. It's worth emphasizing that each honey is a unique product – it's not a repeatable substance, but a mixture of natural substances. The glucose contained in honey is utilized by the human body almost 40 times more than other external glucoses. Honey is composed of over 300 different substances essential for our lives, such as vitamins, amino acids, trace elements, enzymes, essential oils, and hormonal products.

Eating honey
Consuming honey and bee products is a recipe for our health, physical and mental well-being. Therefore, let's take advantage of natural products collected and processed for us by our friends – the bees. The most important components of honey are simple sugars: glucose and fructose. It's worth paying attention to the enzymes secreted by the bees' pharyngeal and salivary glands during honey processing, including lysozyme, which dissolves bacterial cell walls, causing their destruction. The oil compounds contained in honey also have antibacterial properties.
Our Actions

Bee hives - a natural home for bees
We know that bees ensure the continued life of plants, and therefore our own. But who will ensure their survival? They work diligently, pollinating millions of wildflowers, thus ensuring the continued genetic diversity and survival of plants, and thus life on Earth. Unfortunately, the ongoing pollution of the natural environment, combined with the significant decline in wild plant species due to pesticide use, are causing a drastic decline in bee numbers worldwide.

Program21
Program21 is a nationwide campaign aimed at women to change their eating habits – we will be running a 21-day challenge for every woman. Additionally, each participant will receive a free ebook journal: Mental Diet, or Take Your Body in Your Hands. Each day of the program includes not only exercises to perform, guiding you through the process of changing your habits, but also dietitian-developed recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, which contain ingredients that reduce sugar cravings.
Bee Strong is the power of persistence, not giving up and the ability to change one's own thinking: to treat obstacles as challenges, problems as adventures, and difficult situations as valuable lessons.
Bee Strong is the power of accepting one's weaknesses. It's the power of humility before the world and the awareness that the only thing we can influence is our own consciousness—our way of thinking.
Bee Strong is also about discovering your inner strength, which lies deep within each of us.

As part of the campaign, we are implementing:
Strength is a woman, and strength comes in numbers – creating a group on Facebook to go through this 21-day challenge together
Change this habit – webinars led by a coach, mental trainer and RTZ therapist
Program21 – sugar-free days supported by a package - 40 bars plus a shopping bag "I'm sweet enough, I don't need sugar"
A series of webinars educating people on how to change and implement healthy habits.
every PLN 1 from the bar goes to the Bee Helpy Foundation
Beat the sugar bug – turn on your thinking
Do you know that sugar is harmful? Are you familiar with its numerous negative effects on your body? Do you try to limit it but are having poor success? Everyone has a similar problem. Sugar is one of the most addictive substances. However, like any other addiction, it can be overcome. How? Read on!
Sugar is a legal, yet highly addictive substance. "The health risk posed by excessive sugar consumption is so great that it justifies the introduction of regulations similar to those adopted for alcohol or nicotine," wrote American pediatrician and obesity specialist Professor Robert Lustig of the University of California, San Francisco, in the prestigious scientific weekly "Nature." Numerous studies indicate that sugar affects the brain in a similar way to the most addictive substances —cocaine or heroin. For this reason, it's important to recognize that this is an extremely powerful addiction that requires a decisive and conscious effort to combat. Start a sugar therapy program.

Cleanse your body and mind
Are you tired of stress, constant rushing and gray everyday life?
Do you want to have more control over your emotions?
Do you want something more from life?
You're trying to implement healthy habits, but it's not working out for you.
Are you looking for a positive change in your life?
Small changes, big results
This book is your guide to building mental muscle power. You'll learn how to take matters into your own hands and begin learning how to manage your mind. Step by step. We'll start with easy-to-implement habits. The process won't be complicated, so it will be effective. Our minds prefer to simplify everything and best understand simple and clear messages. It won't be stressful, either, so it will be effective. Stress and tension are factors that, as all research shows, are not conducive to learning. And we'll learn new habits. Let's reject the word change, which has negative connotations, just like diet. We won't waste time reshaping its image in your mind; it will happen on its own, sideways. You'll see that change can be pleasant. It will even bring you incredible satisfaction when you notice yourself gaining more and more control over your mind and body. You'll notice changes every day. However, you'll have to put in some effort to see the positives, as our minds are typically biased toward the negative and tend to oppose any change. They're simply afraid of them, like anything new. Rick Hanson beautifully emphasizes this – our minds are like Velcro for negatives, like Teflon for positives. So, it takes a bit of strength to reverse this standard style of explanation and learn new habits. We'll employ a certain mental trick – we won't force anything, we'll observe ourselves and introduce only pleasant and positive things, so that you start to associate change with pleasure. Isn't that cool?
Neuropsychology of change
Are you wondering if this is possible and how it will happen? These are simple psychological mechanisms. Remember how you taught children positive associations, for example, with school or preschool, by giving them sweets or toys for the first few days to create positive associations. If you didn't have children, perhaps you taught a dog to sit or come to you—you used treats to make it associate the command with something positive and obey it. Simple conditioning—anchoring, which leads to a shift in interpretive frameworks—is a simple, yet extremely effective, behavioral mechanism based on the stimulus-response principle, which we will use. You will be aware of how you direct your mind at every stage, as it is the foundation of this process. Therefore, you will learn about all the mechanisms in Chapter 10. The process of change is, above all, a process of developing awareness. This is what we will focus on and constantly practice, because nothing defines our minds as much as laziness. The brain is the organ that consumes the most energy in our body, so our body generally tries to use it as little as possible to minimize energy balance. Your mind prefers not to think . You know how much you enjoy indulging in the sweet pleasure of not thinking, for example, before watching a good TV series, and how difficult it is when faced with a task requiring concentration. We will therefore train this muscle to make this concentration as enjoyable as not thinking. Initially, we will need to use exercises that may seem unnatural to you, as well as reminders, to help the habit begin to build a neural pathway in your brain. We will begin by introducing one simple habit – a daily ten-minute relaxation session , which you will simply listen to and write down positive events from your day. We need to strengthen your inner positive strength and thus your resistance muscle, but not through training, but rather, one might say, by supplementing it. Each day, you will notice it getting stronger. And so on, over the next few days – observation combined with exercise. This will begin a spiral of changes, from small to larger. It's simple, but effective. How do you like it? Ready for a workout?
Introduce new habits now.
Reduce stress.
Control your emotions.
Start making positive changes.
Finally change your life.

Why Your Support Matters
The survival of bees is deeply connected to the survival of our planet. As pollinators, bees are responsible for maintaining biodiversity, supporting agriculture, and keeping ecosystems balanced. Yet every year, millions of bees die due to pesticides, habitat loss, disease, and climate change. At FUNDACJA PRZECIWDZIAŁANIA ŚMIERCI PSZCZÓŁ – BEE HELPY, we work tirelessly to reverse this trend — but we cannot do it alone. Your support allows us to protect bees, restore natural habitats, and create long-term solutions that preserve life in all its forms.
How Your Contribution Helps
Every donation strengthens our ability to act quickly and effectively in the field. Your support enables us to rescue endangered colonies, build safe and sustainable bee habitats, plant pollinator-friendly greenery, and carry out scientific research that helps us better understand the threats facing bees. It also allows us to educate local communities, schools, farmers, and families — showing people how simple actions can create lasting environmental impact. With your help, we can expand our ecological programs, provide beekeeping assistance, intervene during emergencies, and organise nationwide awareness campaigns that inspire real change.
The Impact You Create
When you support BEE HELPY, you are directly contributing to the protection of one of the most vital species on Earth. Your involvement brings hope where ecosystems are collapsing and gives bees the chance to recover, thrive, and continue their essential work in nature. You help us plant fields of flowers, restore natural corridors, monitor bee health, and build a future where pollinators live safely and abundantly. Every contribution — no matter the size — becomes part of a larger movement that protects life, nurtures biodiversity, and shapes a greener tomorrow.
Join Our Mission
If you believe in a world where nature is respected and protected, we invite you to stand with us. You can support BEE HELPY through donations, partnerships, volunteering, or community cooperation. Your participation helps us grow stronger, act faster, and reach farther. Together, we can protect the small creatures that sustain our food systems, forests, and natural landscapes. Every gesture of support becomes a seed of change — one that will bloom into a healthier and more balanced planet.
